Program Purpose
The purpose of the Home and Community Based Care program is to provide needed services to older adult Franklin County residents and their families, so they can preserve their independence and experience an improved quality of life.

Program Services
Home delivered meals, emergency response systems, medical transportation, adult day health, personal care assistance, homemaking, respite, health maintenance supplies/equipment (incontinence supplies, consumable medical/dental supplies, nutritional, and durable medical equipment)
