Program Purpose
The purpose of the Customer Services Management
program is to provide individualized customer services
to older adults and their families so they can access
a trained professional who can address their unmet
needs.
Program Services
Crisis intervention, information and
referral, informal support counseling, advocacy,
client/family in-home assessments, monitoring services
and customer status, dispute/complaint resolution,
caregiver consultation and other services (related to
caregiver support), and Housing Assistance.
