Ensuring Quality for our Clients
The Franklin County Office on Aging Quality Improvement team works with service
providers to ensure contract compliance and quality service delivery for Senior
Options clients. The QI Team is responsible for certifying provider agencies, providing
technical assistance as needed, and monitoring service delivery in accordance with
our conditions of participation and service specifications. In addition, the QI
team works with our service providers to resolve customer complaints as well as
formally recognize a worker’s exemplary performance.
Service Providers are established and qualified businesses who contract with the
